Home Still Works

Warranty Denied · free check · no account

Your home warranty company said no. Here is the ladder that makes them answer.

A denial letter is the company's opening position, not the last word. There is a written appeal they have to respond to, a state regulator that licenses them, a public complaint system they answer within days, and a court or arbitration path with a dollar limit. The check lays out all four for your state, with dates.

The denial letter page shows where to find it.
Almost all of them do. Look for "arbitration" in the last two pages.
On the first page of the plan or the welcome email.
We send the result and one reminder before the appeal window closes. Nothing else. No list is sold, ever.
